The tournament kicks off on January 14. In the Preliminary Round, Groups H, G, D, and C will be playing in Zagreb, Varaždin and Poreč. Croatia is in Group H, along with Egypt, Argentina, and Bahrain. Croatia opens its campaign on January 15 in Zagreb against Bahrain.
As a warm-up match ahead of the tournament, Croatia will play a friendly against Italy in Poreč on December 29, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. It is the beginning of a long journey that hopefully has a happy ending at the beginning of February in Oslo when the medals will be decided.
