Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Ivan Anušić visited the headquarters of Dassault Aviation in France on Monday.
Croatia recently purchased a dozen multi-purpose Rafale combat aircraft from the French aviation giant for more than 1.15 billion euro.
"Today, as part of our visit to Dassault, we discussed our historic acquisition of 12 Rafale fighter jets. Dassault produced these aircraft and we are continuing our cooperation with Dassault in terms of equipping the Rafales, meaning upgrading and arming them. Croatia has also expressed an interest in having Dassault invest in Croatia."
So-far, eleven of the twelve aircraft have been delivered, with the last one scheduled to arrive next month.
