After more than a decade in power, Serbia's populist leader Aleksandar Vučić has conceded defeat in yesterday's snap general election, acknowledging the victory of the student-led opposition movement. Following the election victory, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković spoke with Ilija Srdanović, the lead candidate of the Students' List, congratulating him on the result. After decades of delays, construction of the National Children's Hospital in Zagreb's Blato district is finally getting underway.
