The awarding of contracts from the 2026 Support Program for Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is underway in Orašje, attended by Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.

A total of 276 contracts are being awarded from two programs, namely - 55 from the 2026 Support Program for Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina and 221 contracts from the Public Tender for Grants of Support for the Development of Agricultural Projects by Croats in BiH for this year.

“I think that today's ceremony is a message of support and cooperation from the Government of the Republic of Croatia with the entire BiH, but especially with an emphasis on supporting numerous projects of Croats as an equal people in BiH with the aim of enabling progress and economic development and the quality of life of all of you,” said Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.

“And I am sure that everyone in this hall is determined, so that we stay and live and develop in this homeland of Bosnia and Herzegovina in which we live today. We are also aware of the fact that without the help of the Government of the Republic of Croatia in the last ten years, things would have been different, and not so much simpler, than they are today,” said the President of the Posavina County Government, Đuro Topić.
