Parliamentary elections are being held in Croatia. Election silence lasts until 7 p.m., that is, until the closing of around 6,500 polling stations in Croatia. The first election results for the 11th convocation of the Croatian Parliament will be announced by the State Election Commission (SEC) at 9 p.m.
SEC: By 4:30 p.m., 50.60 percent of voters voted
Half of Croatian voters, or more than 1.6 million of them, voted today by 4:30 p.m. in the elections for the 11th convocation of Croatian Parliament, reported the State Election Commission.
This is a big difference compared to the elections four years ago, when by the same time 34.04 percent, or one 1.15 million voters had voted.
Representatives in the 11th convocation of parliament are decided on by 3.773 million voters, 127 thousand fewer than four years ago. There are 3.511 million voters with residence in Croatia, 222,300 voters without residence in Croatia are actively registered.
