The Christian faithful in Croatia celebrate Christmas. In his sermon Zagreb Archbishop Dražen Kutleša emphasizes the strong ties between the Croatian people and Christianity. Priests from throughout the country issue a call to the fundamental Christian values of peace, love, solidarity and forgiveness. In his Urbi et Orbi Pope Leo XIV places a special emphasis on the suffering of the Palestinians in Gaza.
