The mGrađani (mCitizens) mobile application has been downloaded by more than 100,000 users

The mGrađani (mCitizens) mobile application has recorded more than 100,000 users, thus confirming citizens' interest in simple and safe access to public services via mobile devices, the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation announced on Monday.

The application contains 20 mobile services that enable citizens to perform key administrative and other procedures without going to counters. After the integration of the initial 20 services, the further inclusion of additional public services will follow, and among the planned services is the introduction of the mHealth service. The application is available for download through the official mobile application stores Google Play and App Store.

Through the application, it is possible, among other things, to submit an application for graduate study programs, request the issuance of a European Health Insurance Card, gain insight into the data and status of administrative procedures, check information on status in the pension system, including data on a personal pension account and calculation of pension projections, use discounts and benefits of the Mudrica Children's Card, gain insight into a tax card, submit electronic documents in vehicle registration procedures, gain insight into court cases, monitor the status of requests for exercising rights in the event of employer bankruptcy, and gain insight into mandatory fees for a business entity.

The number of users reached 30,000 in the first two months of use, 60,000 at the end of September and is continuously growing, and in December 2025 there were more than 90,000 users. User feedback is extremely important, and the Ministry continuously monitors and uses it to improve the user experience and include additional services.

Active work is being done to identify and implement minor functional and design improvements to enable users to navigate the mobile application more simply and intuitively. Special focus is on increasing the stability of the application and related services and improving the monitoring of the availability of services used to retrieve data for individual services, in order to ensure a reliable and high-quality user experience.

The goal is for the mGrađani mobile application to gradually become a unique application for accessing public services provided by the state via mobile devices. The development of the mGrađani application is part of the continuous process of digital transformation of public administration, aimed at greater availability of services, reducing the administrative burden on citizens and more efficient functioning of the public sector, the statement says.
