Inflation in Croatia also rose strongly in April. According to the first estimate of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, it is 5.8 percent on an annual basis, and prices on a monthly basis, compared to March, increased by 1.5 percent.

Inflation in Croatia also rose strongly in April. According to the first estimate of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, it is 5.8 percent on an annual basis, and prices on a monthly basis, compared to March, increased by 1.5 percent.
The prices of energy increased the most, by 17.5 percent, services by 8.2 percent, and food, beverages and tobacco by 3.5 percent.
As a reminder, in March the annual inflation rate was 4.8 percent.
Croatia is still at the top of the eurozone in terms of inflation, right after Bulgaria.
