The tourist complex in Kupari should finally become a luxury resort. The Annex to the Agreement on the implementation of the preparatory phases in the project to build a tourist complex in Kupari was signed by the Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property Branko Bačić and the Mayor of the Municipality of Župa dubrovačka Silvio Nardelli.
The demolition of most of the old buildings is expected in a few days. The complex, which was destroyed in the Homeland War, has been waiting for reconstruction for more than 30 years.
“We expect that by the end of the year, that is, by December 4, the building permit will be obtained, and in the meantime the buildings will be removed and thus implementation will practically begin, and as the Mayor said, I am convinced that in less than 48 months it will bring an exceptionally high-quality and attractive tourist complex to the Dubrovnik Riviera,” said Branko Bačić, Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property.
