UEFA issues warning and fine to Croatian Football Federation

The Disciplinary Commission of the umbrella European football organization, UEFA, made a decision to punish the Croatian Football Federation based on the disciplinary report submitted after the Croatia - Wales match in the framework of European qualifiers for EURO 2024, announced the Croatian Football Federation on its official website.

The Croatian Football Federation was fined 5,250 euros for the throwing objects at the Croatia-Wales match and was warned about the late start of the match.

Readers will recall that the Croatian national football team opened the qualification cycle for going to EURO 2024 with a draw, at the Poljud stadium, as part of group D, Croatia played Wales to a 1-1 draw.
