“The Easter holidays for believers are also a time to face one's own decisions when you need to question your actions. Let us accept,” he said, “the principles of goodness and love as a way to strengthen mutual solidarity and understanding, in the hope that all people will spend the greatest Christian holiday in peace and joy, surrounded by family and friends.”

“I wish all Croatians in the homeland and the world and all Croatian citizens a happy and blessed Easter. Easter is a holiday of eternal hope, faith and love where life conquers death and light darkness. The Feast of Easter strengthens our faith and shows the path of personal renewal and rebirth, and encourages us to face all challenges in order to achieve the victory of good over evil with the strength of our spirit. Driven by Easter joy, we celebrate life and togetherness,” said Jandroković.
“Easter is also a family holiday and shows the importance of family blessing and special care for children and young people, for whom the last two years marked by the pandemic and earthquakes have been very demanding. This greatest Christian holiday also invites us to strengthen unity, mutual respect and appreciation of diversity, and to strengthen solidarity and care for the dignified life of every human being.
Jandroković pointed out that in the atmosphere of Easter the words of Pope Francis are especially inspiring: "Let us embrace the grace of Christ's resurrection! Let us be renewed by God's mercy, let Jesus love us, let the power of his love transform our lives; May God be able to soak this earth, protect the whole created world and let justice and peace flourish.”
“With these inspiring thoughts, I wish you once again a happy and blessed Easter among your families and loved ones,” was the greeting sent by the Croatian Parliament Speaker for Easter.
